Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery. All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 day delivery time frame. 

Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 20% is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale). All swimwear and accessories (jewelry, bag, hats etc.) can not be returned.

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. otherwise the return will be rejected.  

Customer is responsible for return shipping, XO Fash does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services to ensure your return had been delivered.
